2008 Photographic competition
Every year, Kingston & Elmbridge SAC run a members photographic competition (Categories are “Best Social Photo”, “Best Wreck Photo”, “Best UK Photo” & “Best Underwater Wildlife Photo”) .

Other galleries
Now that the diving season is over, it’s time to look through your snaps and enter your best photos for this year’s competition.
There are four categories:
- Best UK photograph (taken in the UK on a club dive trip)
- Best wreck photograph (includes any underwater wreckage)
- Best underwater wildlife photograph (anything squidgy)
- Best social/member photograph (must include a club member(s), and can be taken on any dive trip or social event – underwater or not)
Plus – there will be a ‘Best Photo’ award taken from all entries that will be judged by a guest photographer (or committee).
Last date for entry: 30th October!
Rules:
- Members can submit up to three photographs per category.
- All photos have to be taken since last competition: November 2007 to date.
- The winner from all four categories above will be voted for by members at a slide show evening as before.
- High resolution digital images to be supplied to Gren hamlyn by email, CD, memory stick etc. - Please detail what category photos are for.
- Date for member votes/slideshow: 6th November
- Announcements of winners will be made at te club dinner-dance
Photos will be featured for the 2009 club calendar and website. All winners will receive a prestigious cup, and the “Best Photo” award may even receive a prize!
