A second book sale.

A second Book sale will be held at the clubhouse on Thursday 6th March 9.30pm following receipt of more books.

This will be a chance to see far more books than I was able to bring down last week, and where there will be mainly Sci-Fi, Chick Lit and Crime and summer blockbusters – in preparation for your club holiday reading

Dockyard tour, Portsmouth

Sunday 16th March, Tour of the Historic Dockyard, Portsmouth, For a Guided tour of the Mary Rose and Nelson’s victory we will meet at 9am at the clubhouse car park to go in convoy down to Portsmouth for the day, where we will be spend all day with our own personal guide courtesy of the Mary Rose Trust.

Cost for tickets is about 15 pounds and lunch will be obtained at the Dockyard.

Future events also include Bowling at Charrington Bowl or the Rotunda Kingston on 29th March Followed by a meal at either the Blue Hawaii or Sorento’s ,so watch this space and the club noticeboard or chat to Amanda at the clubhouse
