Farne Islands 2009

Tuesday 25th August 2009 and on my way to yet another Farnes, I hope I never get bored with it up there. Early start to miss M25 rush hour and then get up the A1M as quick as possible. We are going up 4 days early before the diving starts for a holiday and to [...]

Congratulations to Chris and Kathy Chappell

Saturday 2nd, of September, at Kingston Registry Office, 2.15PM

After giving Mary and myself only 15 hours notice (with no consideration for us England supporters, the match against Andorra was kicking off at 5PM, Chris and Kathy were married.

Another Farnes Excursion

Sunday 20th of August and another Farnes trip, I thought I would hide myself ‘up north’ away from the usual last minute questions and panics and forgot about mobile phones. Travelled up in heavy rain and remember thinking ‘I hope this improves for next weekends Farnes diving trip’. We had two nights in Scarborough and [...]

Can anyone help with the bar?

I have been running the bar for the club for four years now and I could really do with some help.
