On Saturday March 1st there will be Nitrox Workshop in the morning and an Automated External Defibrillator course in the afternoon.

The nirtox workshops are for any qualification Ocean, Sports, Dive Leader, Advanced if they do not already have a Nitrox qualification!

Lost in Vobster

The water was a chilly 8 degrees, and quite clear (to begin with). In between showers we had some sunshine and most of us managed to keep warm.

Two Oiks doin’ an OWIC

Rob Lea and myself received a day’s training towards our instructor qualification last weekend at Wraysbury – specifically we undertook the Open Water Instructor Course (OWIC); the next step following the Instructor Foundation Course and about half-way(ish) towards the final instructor qualification.
