How it will work:
Anyone wanting to sell something will give me the details. I will circulate a list.
Sellers will bring the items on the night and there will be opportunity to view them before the sale.
The items will be auctioned by lot number in an entertaining manner – as before (for those who can remember).
Buyers must settle up with the sellers on the night.
The rules:
Buying-
Just turn up on the night. You will need to settle directly with the seller on the night, please bring cash, for large items cheques may be acceptable subject to mutual agreement.
All items are bought as seen, no guarantee is provided. All equipment should be assumed faulty and not used until inspected and serviced by a suitably qualified technician.
Selling-
Please complete the Club Auction spreadsheet and return to me. If you do not include a reserve price the equipment will go to the highest bidder even if this means it is given away for free. If you are aware of any defects with the equipment you are selling you must include these in the description. Please keep the descriptions as brief as possible. Small items may be grouped into lots.
