Guest judge for the 2008 photo competition: Mark Mumford

Out of the 70 photos entered for this years competition is the best?

To help answer this vexed question, we are lucky to have secured the critical eyes of keen underwater photographer, Mark Mumford.

Mark will have the unenviable task of picking just one photo from all the entries and calling it “The Best”!

Mark has been photographing since 1994, initially with a Sea and Sea Motormarine, then with housed Nikon cameras. He finally switched over to Digital in 2004.

He is a BSAC National Instructor, and a Fellow of the Royal Photographic Society.
