Thanks to Rob Lea for taking on what is the mother of all Sports Diver lectures – ST4.

It’s clear that BSAC have crammed far to much in this module to be given in one sitting. Indeed, it took two long consecutive evenings to get through this. When working out future theory lesson schedules I recommend that we treat this as a two-weeker.
