Training weekend at Stoney Cove went really well, despite the rain with  lots of skills and drills carried out. Along with a lot of laughter and bantering going on.

 Thank you to Len and all the instructors and assistant instructors for giving up there weekend to help with training.

 Thank you to everyone who turned out to make it a fantastic weekend.

 Looking forward to the next training weekend should be in November will put date in early October.
